Paylap HRM is operated by DHANNIPAY DIGITAL MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing our website, downloading the mobile app, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any Paylap HRM service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Paylap HRM.
Use of Services
- You must provide accurate registration, company, employee and billing information.
- You are responsible for maintaining authorized access to your account and devices.
- You must use Paylap HRM only for lawful HR, attendance, payroll and workforce management purposes.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, resell or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Pricing is displayed in INR on the Paylap HRM pricing page.
- Paid plans are generally billed annually unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, onboarding charges or enterprise customization charges may be added where applicable.
- Access to paid features may begin after successful payment confirmation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for verifying employee, attendance, salary, statutory and bank details before using them for payroll or internal HR decisions. Paylap HRM provides software tools, but customers remain responsible for their own employment, tax, payroll and labour-law compliance.
Intellectual Property
The Paylap HRM brand, website, application, software, designs, content and related materials are owned by DHANNIPAY DIGITAL MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use the service according to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paylap HRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on customer-entered data.
