No Physical Shipping
Paylap HRM does not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, shipping charges, courier tracking and physical delivery timelines do not apply.
Digital Delivery
Service access is delivered digitally through the Paylap HRM mobile application and related web services. After successful payment verification, subscription access is generally activated within 24 working hours, unless custom onboarding or verification is required.
- Android app access is provided through Google Play.
- iOS app access is provided through the Apple App Store.
- Owner/admin account access may require mobile OTP verification.
- Enterprise setup or custom onboarding may require additional time agreed with the customer.
Delivery Support
If paid access is not activated after successful payment, contact support@paylapgroup.com with the transaction ID, registered phone number and company name.
